Experienced Faculty
Instructors have practical experience and specialize in adult learning. Instructors are selected from among Sierra College staff as well as outside contractors affiliated with the College, who have specific industry knowledge, experience teaching adult learners, and the ability to design courses to meet the needs of employers.
Special resources for manufacturers
The Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT) is a Sierra College Program to support manufacturers with technical assistance, technology transfer and workforce development. To help you optimize efficiency, CACT can conduct assessments, recommend improvements, demonstrate technologies and provide employee training.
Take advantage of our new technology transfer programs demonstrating how to use solid Modeling, Rapid Prototyping, Document Control and Concurrent Engineering to speed up production, reduce errors, save money and provide greater customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement Services
